SHIPPING POLICY
Every Claude Clothestee is embroidered or printed to order — nothing sits pre-made in a warehouse. Here's what to expect from order to doorstep.
Production Time
Orders are made by our fulfilment partner and take 2–3 business days to produce before they ship. This is on top of shipping time below.
Shipping Time
Once your order leaves the production facility, standard delivery ranges from 2–6 business days within the US depending on which partner makes your item, and ranges for the rest of the world. Your cart shows the estimate for your country before you check out. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs and carrier delays can occasionally push things out.
Shipping Rates
- Calculated by destination — pick your country in the cart to see the exact cost before you check out
- Extra items on the same order ship at a reduced rate
Order Tracking
You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's tracking page to update after you receive the number.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in our prices or shipping fees.
